After three decades as CEO across WPP, Omnicom, Dentsu, and IPG—including Chief Growth Officer for EssenceMediacom UK—I chose a graceful sunset from corporate life. I chose myself. Now I'm giving back through Cambridge Coaching Studio, helping develop the future leaders who will keep our industry alive. My authority comes from real results: tripling billings, integrating 22 P&Ls, leading transformations across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and MENA. Campaign Asia's Regional Agency Head of the Year.
